Repair tracking

Hi,
I have an issue with repair tracking website as tracking is displayed correctly but when I want to open repair report or photos attached all I can see is:
I've seen that other people had this issue in the past, is there a way to resolve it?

Thanks for response. I tried Chrome, Edge, Safari on different devices, tried also incognito mode. Nothing works.
