Hi I haven't used MY EE account for a while and I can't receive or make calls, nor am I able to call 150. Please help.

How long's a "while"?
Are you on contract or PAYG?

If "a while" is a lo g while, then EE is likely to reuse the number. You can't get it back. It happpened here.
Can you call the phone from elsewhere and get a response?
