Hi, I need my phone number changed on the EE app since my old number is still on there. I called 150 twice and both times they had said that it would be done and changed however it hasn’t changed as it’s still on the old number. I changed my personal details contact to my new number but on the EE app on the home page, it’s says my old number so I can’t top up my credit at all.

Where you see your old no. is a dropdown leading to your other no. Just click in it.

@Idk37828292 It sounds like you have taken a new Pay as you go SIM with a new number which will be on its own account. If you are only seeing one number when logged in with no option to switch then it seems the new account has not been linked to your EEID unfortunately.
If so it would be best to get back in touch with our team on 150 to check the status of your EEID and the associated accounts. In the meantime there are alternative ways to top up if needed How to top up a pay as you go mobile | Mobile Help | EE

Sounds like you haven't linked your new no. to your EE a/c. In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.
