Re: I want to add my existing number to my account

I have tried this, entered the pay as you go mobile number and then entered the PIN that was sent to the pay as you go number to confirm. Confirmed that I will pay for the linked changes going forward and then receive a message saying that need to go in store to confirm ID or call 150. Called 150 and was told you can’t link SIM to existing account , told them that I am following the process listed online and above, was put on hold for a while and again told you can’t link numbers to an account only setup new lines.

@Sywatts : What devices does existing a/c contain? If it already holds contract nos. you can't add a PAYG no. to it. They don't mix!

Pay for what? It's PAYG.

Want to turn PAYG into contract and add to contract account. Or can I add new line and port number over from PAYG?

@Sywatts : Yes, you need to take a new contract under that a/c & then ask CS to move the PAYG no. to it.
