Only just signed up to EE from Giff gaff, and have to say for a big company your app is atrocious. Just hoping your service is better. I can’t find anything to do with my account or usage on the app it just wants to sell me something.

Yes I did. I’ve now solved the problem by deleting and re downloading the app. All appears ok, but unnecessary faff to use the app.
