EE app and website started showing my name from today as prepay prepay; I don’t like my name EE!

It looks like your SIM might not be registered, which is why this is showing, but if you register your SIM, we'll be able to update this. You can either do this in your online account or by giving our team a call.

I had pay monthly- all good
I linked pay as you go - my name got changed
