Cannot connect app to my number so I can view my useage

I have the second number on a 2 number account. I am not the primary account holder.
I would like to use the app to view my account useage but when I try to connect the app to my number it says the number is already linked to the primary account holder's account.

What do I and the primary account holder have to do to allow me to use the app to view my account useage?

Welcome to the community.

Only the account holder can have full access to the app. You should be able to see your allowances on the app though, even if you aren't the account holder.

What is it that you're trying to see?
