Activating my new prepay SIM

Good afternoon,

I picked a SIM only on my way to Spain, I topped it up with £20, and the payment went through.

In Spain, it doesn't seem to make or receive calls. I registered the APP and online account, then I could access my data and I can see the credit. I tried multiple times to get a plan (£10 Plan), then it took me to the payment options where i chose pay by credits. On checkout out it keeps showing me a message that I successfully paid £00.00 from my balance, and nothing is happening. can you please advise?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
