Hi all,
Just to add a bit more to my question, I pressed the verify button or what ever to receive a pin sheet I can verify that it is infact me but never received a pin, so tried to send a new pin again until I run out of attempts all with no pin being sent!! Now I can't go ahead with my purchase due to the verification process.

Is the PIN being sent to an EE number? Have you been able to receive messages like this before? Could you try restarting your device and trying again please?
