I logged in before, i could choose which account i could look at, My personal phone or my work phone. I cannot find my persona phone information. I have the work one, but want to upgrade the personal phone and information gone.
Have you recently made any account changes to the personal account?
Do you have an option to link device when logged into your EE account? If so, could you try entering the personal number and see if this links for you?
