Hi, I am trying to upgrade my phone to a pixel 9 through the app and no matter what colour device I choose, when I go to checkout or my basket it shows the device in porcelain? I am worried that if I receive the wrong colour I wont be able to return the device as it would match the colour on the initial order. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is your colour available. Try speaking to CS on 150 and they can process your order.

Hi, I would assume it was available as the app allows me to select it initially but when I get to the final few clicks the item changes colour description in my basket 🤷♂️

Before you add the phone to your basket, when you are clicking between the colours there can be a short delay as the page reloads your new colour selection.
Once you have added the phone and go to your basket it should state the colour here, e.g. Google Pixel 9 256GB Wintergreen, if it shows Porcelain here rather than the colour you want, I would not go ahead with the order as the colour it shows will be what is being ordered.
If the issue is persisting, I would recommend clearing your app data/cache and logging back in or trying on the website also or as @Northerner recommended our team on 150 would be happy to help place the order on the colour you would like.

Thank you for the advice. I have deleted the cache etc but the same issue is persisting, I thought I would do it through the app to avoid having to phone someone/holding/dodging sales pitches etc. kind of defeats the purpose in being able to use the app for upgrades if I still need to do all that anyway. Think I'll just ride out the rest of my contract and shop about a bit I hear Tesco mobile give you free roaming data abroad and not as a bolt on at an extra cost like EE
