Trying to upgrade my contract and evey time it gets to the payment step it says "unavailable at this time". This has happened on both the browser and the app.

Hi @harruwu It's great news that you're looking to upgrade your contract, are you getting yourself a new phone?
I'm really sorry that it's displaying that message when you're getting to the payment screen, could you try accessing the site with a different browser to see if that helps please?
