Portabilidade do número

Passei da Giffgaff para essa operadora, fiz um plano, paguei por ele, o chip chegou e não existe no aplicativo um local para se explicar como fazer isso. Estou sem GIFFGAFF e sem EE. O que eu faço agora. Me expliquem, tem que ser mais fácil pra gente que não entende de tecnologia

Anyway I'll try to help.
OP was on GiffGaff and bought a EE plan and paid for it.
OP received the SIM but apparently it's not working and he's asking what to do

Outro pormenor: o seu telemóvel está desbloqueado a qualquer rede, isto é, se funciona com qualquer SIM?
