Ordering TV

I am trying to order a new tv and put it on my monthly contract, so i add to my basket and then when it comes to the upfront payment of £10 it keeps declining, any help welcome.

We want to make adding a TV to your contract as straightforward as possible, so I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Are you able to speak with your bank and see if there is any reason this payment has been declined?

I don’t believe this is my bank as my banking is working as usual for everything else. Not sure what’s happening

They would still be able to advise if this is showing as declined on their end @Mols, or if this payment request hasn't reached them.
