Online upgrade

My husband and I are both due to upgrade and I've been looking on our accounts at the current deals. I'm currently on Essentials 125 and he is on Essentials 25. Can anyone please tell me why his new deals are far more expensive than mine and, if we go in store, would we get different deals?

Thanks

Hi @Di555,

Welcome to the Community!

Your suggested upgrade options are based on your current plan, which is why what you're seeing might be slightly different. If you speak with our team, either in store or over the phone, you'll be able to get the same plans, if this is what you're wanting.

@Di555  These are only suggestions not that you have to have them.    If you want to get the exact same you can.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you. If we do it over the phone do we both need to ring separately? Or would I be able to do both. Also, how easy is it to transfer everything from the old handset to new (we've always gone in store before and they've done it for us but we're a bit short of time at the moment).

The team will be able to sort both upgrades on the same call for you @Di555.

Which phones are you looking to upgrade to, and what kind of phone do you have right now?

Rach

We have Google Pixel 6a at the moment and have been looking at the Google 9.  This is the deal I've been offered.

@Di555 , I do not have Google, but Apple, and when I do it, it asks whether I want to move everything over, so easy to do, suspect it is the same for Google, I would take a look at the Google guide, it should explain this, just keep your phone near at hand and it should give you the option to move everything over.

If I had Android and wanted to move everything over to Apple, I can do so as well, by the way,, so should be the same for Google.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Also, if we upgrade online can we then take the new handset into store for data transfer?

It is fairly easy to transfer your information, but you can go in store if you would prefer @Di555.
