Hi @Blakes747
It can be switched off in the EE App under Profile in the top right and then Settings > App Settings > Device Permissions > Share device location, and setting this to the off position.
The description given for the feature is "Help us find and fix any issues affecting our network".
It would have been one of the permissions asked for when setting up the app.

@Blakes747 : Where is she getting this notification? What products or services does she have with EE?

Hi, I'm getting the same notification stating EE may log when a call drops. I'm concerned, can you confirm non of my calls at all are recorded or monitored please.

@JLW79 your calls are not recorded as that will be a breach of your privacy, What can be logged is the time you are using the network.

Hi @JLW79
Thanks for coming to the community.
We don't have any information on the content of your calls, and they are not recorded or monitored.
The notifications you have received are purely for the network performance of the call so we can see if there are patterns to any network problems and lead to longer term improvement.
If you did want to turn this off, you can follow the steps in the post by @Matt_124 above.
