Since the new app download I have a notification but can't find what it's for! It's driving me mad! Anyone got any ideas why it's there?

This has been a bit of a joke, multiple updates since this post and none have solved the issue… Area you even working on this issue?! Something has got to be done about this.

I thought it was just me but it’s a community that’s asking for a resolution. I can just turn of the badge setting on my phone but if their is any real notification then that is then just missed. Can a resolve be sent to the community as this has been awhile now from looking at all the dates over a few months now.

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.

I’m having the same problem with the notification but nothing is there. Did you manage to clear it? If so, how? Any help will be happily received as it’s doing my head in.
