Notification after update

Since updating the iPhone app, it’s showing I have 1 notification and I can’t clear it? I’ve tried looking at all sections of the app to see if there’s something I’ve to action, but it’s still there and I can’t clear it. Anybody else have/had this problem?

I’m an iOS developer. This is ridiculously easy to fix. Whilst I suspect the EE app is using some terrible cross platform development library rather than the native SDK, the link below will help the developers.

For the love of all things decent and reasonable, just have the developers set the badge value to 0 when the app is opened. This is literally how every other app works. It’s inexcusable that this would take longer than 3 minutes to fix.

After weeks the team at EE have not resolved this buggy software app so many issues. I also hate the amount of ad space being used in the apps. if I want broadband I know where to look. Totally shameful this app was ever released with so many issues.

I have the same problems, it is been two months since i have contacted customers service on the app and i have the red dots with 2 notifications, i have uninstall the app twice with no result!

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.

Me too! Looked on absolutely every single ‘help’ category, deleted and reinstalled app and then thought of looking on here for help but clearly looks like it’s a pretty common thing- which is really frustrating for this to happen from such a massive company- especially for someone who keeps thinking they are being notified something about their mobile bill constantly 🫤🤦‍♀️😂

Same issue here. Even upgraded to a new phone and still there. 

not sure you can still reply with ‘a small number of customers’
