Since updating the iPhone app, it’s showing I have 1 notification and I can’t clear it? I’ve tried looking at all sections of the app to see if there’s something I’ve to action, but it’s still there and I can’t clear it. Anybody else have/had this problem?

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.

I’ve also got this issue, updated the app in order to access my account to upgrade my contract, ever since I have a badge on the app showing 2 notifications but nothing showing once I’m in the app. iPhone 12.

Same here. Delete reinstall everything and still stuck with it. Support says wipe my device, I’m not going to that pain. This only started recently with the app and actually only began when I was doing a chat support with them about something else.

It’s not a small number though is it, I now have 7 I can’t find on my mobile app

I’ve got the same issue. 3 notifications that don’t disappear. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing the app and doesn’t make a difference.
