Since updating the iPhone app, it’s showing I have 1 notification and I can’t clear it? I’ve tried looking at all sections of the app to see if there’s something I’ve to action, but it’s still there and I can’t clear it. Anybody else have/had this problem?

Do you get the same notification when you log into your My EE account online?

Could you try going into your iPhone Settings > My EE > Turn notifications off, does this still show?

Turning off notifications makes the notification disappear, but turning them back on makes it come back again? However that solution doesn’t really solve what the current notification is or why I can’t find it? It’s obviously a bug with the app, but if I turn off notifications surely I’m going to miss out on stuff relating to my account?

I just wanted to test if this removed the notification, or if this stayed @Ian1109

What device do you have? Try clicking directly on the notification when it pops up. Alternatively look in the app and it’ll usually be highlighted where it is.

I’ve got a 12 Pro Max and there’s no notification in the drop down of recent notifications. I’ve already tried all options in the app and I can’t find it anywhere. I did mention that initially
