Thats the maximum stress for such a useless web! Nothing works as client! Cant find a info easy, cant change settings, cant CANCEL contract! It is just qn ifo served from internal database. Useless interaction! No real choises! A marketing engine!

From website, obviously. Wich is just a huge marketplace not a client related one. Just try to understand what are you paying for.
Why do I need to call you for canceling? Just becouse I pay huge amounts of nothing?
