Thats the maximum stress for such a useless web! Nothing works as client! Cant find a info easy, cant change settings, cant CANCEL contract! It is just qn ifo served from internal database. Useless interaction! No real choises! A marketing engine!

How to avoid calling EE?

From website, obviously. Wich is just a huge marketplace not a client related one. Just try to understand what are you paying for.

Why do I need to call you for canceling? Just becouse I pay huge amounts of nothing?

Try to detail your bills in the site or to update anything. Nightmare!  Try to swich from mobile to broadband portal and play motorbikes games! Shame! Passkeys guys!
