Not logging in and letting me upgrade

I'v also went on to cancel my 2 of my contracts and they are offering me a cracking deal (unlimited everything and roaming for £12pm) but instead of leaving but won't actually let me accept it! It tells me to add it to my basket so i click the button but it doesn't add it to the basket as i'm "not signed in" when i clearly am as i can see all my details etc. So i'v rang them up to get them to sort it out for me and they basically we cant match that so tough. I'v got the screenshot on my phone of the offer too and they are saying they cant do anything about it as it must be an online exclusive deal. But instead they can offer me 25gb for £13.

I am still having the same issue.  This has been common for a long long time now and they seem unwilling/unable to resolve it.  Pretty poor in this day and age a company which deals in technology cannot get its app or website sorted despite the numerous cases I have seen reported.  They tell you to call in but plenty of people have done that more than once and still no resolution.  Others have been told the deals they found cannot be done over the phone which is frustrating if not infuriating as its their fault you cannot do it online in the first place!!!  All a bit poor I am afraid.  

I will try one more time to resolve by speaking to them but have no patience for this anymore so it will be resolved during one phone call or I will head to one of the other operators.
