Not able to upgrade, or choose new plan after contract ended - Logged in, yet site is asking to login. And then "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do." - Please fix this

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@some1 , you can only downgrade once you are out of contract, not before, but you can upgrade, so have you reached the end of your contract term?
