Not impressed with the app - why is it so hard for family members to see their usage?
Four family members. Four sims. One bill payer.
Why make it so hard to set them up with their own usage views on the app on their own phones.
No instructions for how to do what I suspect thousands & thousands of bill payers want to do
Possible the least user friendly and most frustrating app I have used in years.
First time I have ever felt so annoyed I have posted it on a community forum. Ever.
Way to go...

@aaaaaaaaaasssss The user should be able to register for My EE using a different email address to yourself.
You setup all other users as users on the account keeping yourself as the bill payer, this is done via the online EE account

I appreciate the reply to my rant Chris.
How do I set up users as users please?
And for ee rather than you Chris, why do I have to come into a community forum to receive instruction for a task that needs to be easy and obvious?
And having logged into the app why do I have to relog in yo post on the community chat?

@aaaaaaaaaasssss The community forum automatically log you out after a set period of time. The MyEE app is just a portal to this forum and your EE account. I use this
Via a web browser so I don’t need to use the app to get here.
I agree it should be explained on how to do this as it’s very hard to find information on it.
The other devices on the account can also text BALANCE to 150
and use this http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status
