New to EE but cannot add Mobile EE sim to mobile app

Hi I have been unable to add my EE sim as a product to the mobile EE app.
I am stuck on getting a verification code sent to my mobile number.
i recently got my old existing number transferred to EE which was transferred over successfully on 09.05.24. Please help in finding out why I cannot get a verification code to add the EE sim to the app?

Hi I have put the new EE sim in my iPhone.
My previous Network provider was Three.

I am not to sure what could be stopping you receiving the verification code for the EE app.
Please give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can check your port and help set up your EE account online.
