New mobile device and SIM

How do you get access to EE without waiting too long on the phone, when they've locked you out of on line services by not transferring your number to your new SIM and cut off both new and old devices form accessing passcodes. Is there a chat function on line at least? Absolutely hopeless customer access in such a situation.

Welcome to the community.

I can totally understand the need to have access to your services back.

There is a chat option available, but it is in the EE app so you'd need to be able to login and from the Help section choose Message Us.

Alternatively, it would need to be a call to our customer service guides so they can access your account and see what is happening.
