I have been trying to upgrade my phone for DAYS.
The app just says it cannot connect to me the server. I have tried the website. I have tried accessing across many different devices but NOTHING is loading. I physically cannot see any deals once I am logged in.
I have tried speaking to someone on the chat I was giving an estimated wait of an hour. It’s been over 2. And I cannot get through to speak to someone over the phone.
After being with this company for years - I have never experienced this. At this rate I am just going to cancel my contract once I can actually speak to someone.

When you log into the app, is it just shopping for new products that's affected, or are you unable to see any of your plan details or bills too?
