App not linking

I am trying to link my phone to the EE app so I can change my billing date and view how much data I’ve used.  It’s saying it’s linked on the website, then I go onto the app and it’s still coming up with saying please link a product to see you data usage, calls etc.  is there a way I can fix this so I can see it?

What is happening when you try to link the number in the app?

Does it show all of the correct information when you are logged in on the website?
