How can they update the my ee app but yet no one has not even seen that when you try and up load your bill information it donβt even work this is what am trying to say little things like this we should know and also detect not tryn be rude but I am just real π― not everyone can expect the truth if that makes sense
but am just saying please fix it id appreciate it thank you ππΎ

Have you tried logging in to your My EE online rather than the app?
If yes, do you see the same issue?

Can you access your billing details if you log into your EE account online through a web browser?
Have you reported the app to our technical support team by calling 150?
