Myee App down?

Is the app down? Can't login and also cannot see info when logging into website

Hi @MarkSL,

As a next step, please clear the app's cache.

Go to Settings > Storage > Apps > My EE > Clear Cache.

Does that help?

Hi, @James_B , tried that and it doesn't help deleting cache or deleting all storage.
