HiI recently upgraded to an Apple iPhone 13 but my ee profile is still showing my old Apple iPhone8 as my device under my name on the app I use on my mobile

Why am I unable to upgrade when my upgrade is due. The message I am getting is Just so you know, we're unable to let you upgrade or get another phone yet.
