after i reinstall my EE app, its wont show my data allowance and its just shows 0!!!!

Upgrades

My phone is due for an upgrade but when I log in to see my options it tells me I am not the account holder. Is anyone else having these issues? Who do I contact to resolve this ? Thanks.

Irritating app
