Is the app down? Can't login and also cannot see info when logging into website

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Seems to bevok now. Must of been a glitch

Restarting doesn't work for me - when I open the app I get a logon screen and when I log on with my correct username and password it just goes to a blank screen (see attached screenshots).

Are there any updates available for the app?

No, checked that - was update on 27 January to version 5.12.0, and it was last week I noticed the issue, about 2 weeks after the update.

Yes, it's only on the app, and we have the same problem on both our Android Phones - same model (Nokia 7.1 - TA-1100) and android version 10.

Please could you try deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Does that resolve the issue?

Hi, James. I did that already and it didn't resolve the issue - should I restart the phone after deleting and before reinstalling?
