MyEE app

When I log into the MyEE App on my iPhone. 
the home page is blank, when I click the shop page it states “looks like you’re not the account holder”

I have tried removing the app and reinstalled. Logged out and back in again. 
I can use the MyEE on a browser fine. 
I am a new customer.
