How do I check my bill. Also I did two upgrade yesterday with next day delivery

I don't like this format it's very confusing for someone with dyslexia it's not very clear how do you check your phone bill to know if youve got extra charges, as I need to make sure I have enough money in the bank.

I done two upgrades yesterday and only one has turned up thought they would both come at the same time

Thanks for coming here. 

You can check your bill in your My EE account, within Bills and Payments this will show any extra charges. You can also text BILL to 150 to find out the total of the bill. 

Which model phone did not arrive? Could you let me know the memory size and colour you ordered?
