I have just got my upgrade and when I go to log in to the app it tells me that it can't find my products and to link my device, I have already linked my number though so why can't I see my products? Called 150 about this and the woman I spoke to her hung up on me after a 10 minute wait on hold.

Are you able to log into your My EE account online? 

Do you a new phone, and logging into the app for the first time?

I can log in but it asks me to link a device (on the site), it is a new phone but same number so shouldn't have been a problem.

This would need looked into further for you, could you try calling us again on 150 and the team can help you further.
