My EE app keeps saying I don't have a signal abroad but i have

Are you able to use your calls, texts and data OK?
Do you only see this issue with the My EE app?

That is correct. I can use all other functions. I have previously been able to check data abroad on my ee. Now when I log in it doesn't have any features like chat or billing data or acknowledge its my account ?

Are you able to try logging in to your My EE online rather than the app to see if you can view your data?
