My EE  App has not been working or showing my bills since July 2022 and a year this problem has not be fixed as yet so why i am still unable to view my bills or link my account

Hi @Blackshadow 

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account/profile. You can then register again and hopefully this will now work.

You can also view your bills on your online EE account.

I have tried that but no join I have told by them  this is an ongoing issue

Could you also confirm if a ticket has been raised for this?

I have contacted them and they told me that EE App  is having some kind of technical fault which is affecting some customers

No they told there was no time frame to fix this and I can’t view my bills for over a year 

Yes ticket was raised but every time I raised a ticket they closed it
