My EE app login not working

I made a My EE app account but cant use the app. I'm doing this off of a mobile device

@Kyrul  You need to setup an online account first you can then access that account via the app.   You also need to be a contract or PAYG customer to have an account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

My EE app hasn't been working for months. Anyone any idea how to fix it?

What happens when you try to log in? Does this happen on more than one device or browser?
