My EE app will not pair with my hub. I tried to pair it and it stayed on the pairing screen for like 2 hours and wouldn’t progress past that point during which I couldn’t use my phone otherwise it’d reset. I need to access parental controls. Is there any way to fix this

Have you tried deleting the EE app, reinstalling this, and then trying again?

Welcome to the EE Community 😊
Just to be sure here, which app is it you're trying to pair your Hub with?
Is it the standard EE App where you can view your account details, or the app specifically named 'EE Home'?
The latter was designed for our older routers and won't work with new Hubs, so it has to be the main EE App that you pair it with.
