I am trying to look at my upgrade options but nothing displays.
I get the box that says it's time to upgrade, but when you click this I get the following screen;

Hi, yes my full 24 months ends 11th November 2024, but my understanding is you can upgrade a few months early?

When I text UP, I get:
"Sorry we cannot process your request, please try again a little later."
I have been trying now for three days.

If no information is provided when you text UP to 150 I would recommend getting in touch.
Our customer care team will be able to provide you with your options.
