Why when going to login to myEE you are promoted to input your username ie just a single field, then pressing next prompts you to input your email/username and password. The first step is redundant and will only cause confusion.
the first and only step for logging into myEE is that of the user should be prompted to login via email and password straight away, or in my case via Face ID, I have to blast through the initial “input username” to get to the place for me to actually put my password and login.. I resort to putting in a single letter as the username just to bypass this.
Please remove the step in the attached photo

Quite right! The 1st step is completely redundant & in fact any old rubbish can be entered cuz it will be overridden by the 2nd step.
If this is EE's attempt at 2FA, it has failed. It just ain't 2FA!

If you download and use the myEE App you don't need to enter your User Name and then Password, you just enter your 4 Digit Pin Number and your in.

99% of the time I will use the app, but that small time I want a bill breakdown, or check something not available in-app, the website is the only way.

Fair Do's, I can understand that, I sometimes log into the Web way myself.
On my device when I log into the Web version, my User and Password is auto filled (saved) so as soon as I hit User,, the Auto fill licks in, hit Continue, password is then Auto filled automatically then just hit Continue again and I'm in, this method is obviously Browser type dependent but a lot of Browsers now seem to take care of the two stage sign in method, just a suggestion.
