I’m trying to understand why EE mobile app has so many maintenance and updates but still continues to be rubbish with features missing, giving errors or just not working. What in the roadmap for this app?
can you just get rid and design an app that actually works your competitors can do it so why can’t you Mr BT /EE ?

@Vinnyissa21 It’s not the app it’s EE accounts that go offline for maintenance and with accounts going offline it takes the app out of service as that’s a portal to your EE account.
