I’m trying to understand why EE mobile app has so many maintenance and updates but still continues to be rubbish with features missing, giving errors or just not working. What in the roadmap for this app?
can you just get rid and design an app that actually works your competitors can do it so why can’t you Mr BT /EE ?

@Vinnyissa21 It’s not the app it’s EE accounts that go offline for maintenance and with accounts going offline it takes the app out of service as that’s a portal to your EE account.

Appreciate there has to be maintenance but the EE app is not a fully functional product it’s a pile of crap and they changes hide features or roll out ones that don’t work .
supposed to be a leader in the digital market but can’t even manage the mobile app effectively. From the 1st time EE rolled out the app there has been no end of problems
