Can't log into my account

I'm going round in circles trying to log in to see upgrade options.

From calling 150 on my phone, it recognises me ("Hello Martin") and my number, but then asks what device I want to add. So I enter the same mobile number that it knows I'm calling from and it sends me a PIN by text. 

When I enter the PIN i get this error message:

Any ideas how to fix this please?
