I have been with EE for nearly 8 Years now, and I feel they have always had the best customer service I have ever has with a company.
But I do have to say thay ever since you changed the look of your website and app a few years back, it has not been good for you.
The app and website are slow and cluncky, they have no flow, they are not interesting that are not helpful and akward to navigate.
From I company that I really do think quite highly of, this is got to be an embarassement for you.
Please, please, for your sake and mine. Give this website and overhaul

You mentioned that the app and website are slow, are you using mobile internet or WIFI to access the site?

EE will always jump into say it's either your internet or WiFi.... load of rubbish. The website is badly made and designed and pitifully slow. I am on an 8GB Internet connection that is hard wired to the PC and their website is still the slowest thing in my life that I have to deal with.
It also doesn't work most of the time including right now. Every upgrade I click on just goes to a page that says "Sorry this page doesn't exist". Can't call either as it's out of hours.
Just fix your website as it's been years that it has been appalling. I don't think EE even read these comments from customers cause if they did they would see the literal 100s of complaints about the useless website. Pay me half the price you pay your web company and I'll do a job that's 50x better myself

Thanks for coming to the community.
I am sorry you have experienced error messages when trying to access your upgrade options.
Have you been able to try a different browser after clearing cookies and cache?
Could you also try resetting your EE account password to see if this helps you get the upgrade details?

It doesnt matter if im using wife or internet , the speed is only part of the problem. The main problem is your website looks cheap.

Why does the app have to go offline whilst you do maintenance on the website so that I can't change any settings on the router. Poor design

I dont need to call you, just trying to get you to acknowledge the app is bad and you are looking at overhauling it
