To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.
If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

I've manually updated the app through Google play store. However I still get the your app is being improved message so the update has not worked is there something else I need to be doing

I have updated my app, but I am still unable to log into it. I need to gift data and can't do it via my app. Is there any other way? Thanks

I've updated via Google and still getting the message the app is being updated. Using a Samsung s23 ultra. I need to gift data to my daughter. Extremely annoying. Please help.

If not, can you log into your My EE account online?

I have went to Google play and installed the update.The app still not working? This has been for few days now. I have a samsung 20fe .What us wrong and when will the app be working?

The upgraded app is shocking never loads or if it does it will freeze when trying to carry out a task 🤔 old version worked perfectly not impressed this is a pain. Please get this sorted ASAP.
