To give you the best My EE app experience possible, we’ve released a new update for your app. This includes some important background enhancements which will further improve your service.
If you see one of the below screens or a maintenance screen, which doesn’t allow you to update to the latest version, then head to the Apple and Google Play app stores on your phone to download the update manually.

Just to check, do you have power saver mode turned on in your device settings? If so, can you turn this off and see if this improves?

Still can't access my account even after the update

Since your update I haven't been able to use the app. I've updated to the latest version via Playstore as suggested but I still cannot use the app. When will the app be available again please?

I've tried to access the app since the update but constantly receive the message "Your app is being improved"
I've tried updating manually, via the play store, but to no avail.
Help!!!

If you are having problems with the My EE app after deleting and re-installing it, I recommend speaking to our Technical Support team.

I did what was asked .. iv updated the app.. and it still don't work ... iv installed the update and it says under going maintenance

@Evildead then you need to call customer services and request that they reset your online account.
