Multiple usernames & can’t link all my products

Can anybody help me whilst am trying to link my mobile & broadband keeps saying this device is already linked to a incorrect email/username I have contacted EE technical support regarding issue they keep saying we have sorted issue getting frustrated now. Has anyone got a link so I can reset My EE account & my details. So I can then register again with all my correct information. Many thanks in advance

Hi @Bennett82 

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like the technical support team may need to close that online account so that you can re-set it up. It can only be done from the EE side, users can't do that.

They have access to your account though and are in a better position to see what needs to be done. I recommend speaking to them again so they can advise further.

Thank you Chris appreciate your help and advice. Bouncing head of a brick
wall at the moment I currently have 3 usernames different products linked
to different profiles my EE tv and broadband goes in on Friday. It’s 7th
time I’ve called yesterday regarding this issue and not a clue of other
usernames anyway thanks again
