Moving to a new Phone

I moved to a mew phone yesterday, by transferring all my apps and data.

This appears to be a bad mistake for the EE App. To use it I need to uninstall it and reinstall it each time, otherwise second time you attempt to access it, you get welcome to EE and it gets stuck on an endlessly rotating spinner on a white screen. 

Anyone out there had this? How do you resolve or does it mean that I can no longer use the EE App?

Hi @Ewan15 I am seeing the same issues on my iPhone 16 Pro this morning, I have installed it and reinstalled it several times and  getting the same thing, also getting the same on my iPad, I'm not sure if this has to do with the latest iOS update 18.0.1 last night but was working the fine yesterday, EE need to get their Dev team looking into this cause having to uninstall and reinstall each time you want to use is a joke, I've attached what I'm getting for any community mods that can raise it

The app will start but then I get a message saying lets get you set up followed by a white screen and spinning wheel. This started yesterday evening. I am an Android user. Looks like it is something to do with new installs maybe

Hi @Ewan15 Thanks, yes this is the same issue, so is looking to be EE dev issue then across platforms

I have just been on the phone to support and explained that many users are getting this issue, so hopefully it will get referred to dev

@Ewan15Perfect thanks for doing this, I've been onto EE quite a bit over the last few weeks regarding other issues really didn't want to have to call them again 😁
